Challenge
The Zerorez SoCal franchise location was facing a challenging environment when trying to target local markets within the greater Los Angeles area. Radio and TV proved too costly of a marketing tool, in addition to difficulties with granular local targeting. Direct mail had a high upfront cost associated with printing and mailing to homes, producing results equally as challenging as with TV and Radio. Zerorez SoCal needed a solution that would enable them to acquire new customers within a tight geography in a cost-effective manor.
Solution

After an initial meeting, Incline Marketing quickly identified a multi-faceted approach, with SEO, PPC, and Email at the center, to target potential customers in a tight geographical radius close to the Zerorez Socal location in Irvine, California. Leveraging a custom strategy based on Google Maps rankings, Incline Marketing built out geo-specific landing pages, created local relevancy, facilitated reviews, repaired inaccurate business listings, and more. This approach incorporated proven Local SEO best practices for content and call to action, along with user behavior, to drive the desired outcomes.
Results
Based on Incline Marketing’s approach, Zerorez SoCal experienced superior results. Since account takeover in September 2018, Incline Marketing delivered a total of 1131 phone call leads and 1850 clicks to a single Google My Business listing. This accounts for a 125% increase and a 127% increase year-over-year, respectively. As of the time of this writing, Zerorez SoCal ranks top 3 organically for all predetermined keywords.
