Bern focuses on designing stylish, innovative, and purpose-built helmets that appeal to riders looking for something a little out of the ordinary. Being the original all-season helmet brand, Bern is a team that’s passionate about being active, and having fun. Note: Bern Unlimited and Bern Digital are not affiliated outside of a digital marketing partnership, despite similar company names. THE CHALLENGE Bern Helmets engaged us to spearhead a more aggressive digital marketing effort around the following objectives: Drive digital revenue through the BernHelmets.com website. Establish a deeper, more direct relationship with the consumer. Build an owned digital audience by expanding newsletter and email marketing efforts. Improve digital campaign efficiency and reduce cost.

Expand the number of digital touchpoints with the audience for increased awareness and engagement. Implement new email acquisition, newsletter, and automation tactics to add value throughout the funnel. Integrate more authentic, more engaging visuals and copy to outbound digital communications. Shift content strategy from product-first to a wider array of tangential yet high-relevant and compelling topics that facilitated more frequent, less sales-focused conversions. Launched completely restructured Paid Search and Paid Social advertising campaigns targeting an audience of highly eligible and qualified potential customers.
