Berkeley Marina
Challenge
With aging infrastructure and recent PR challenges, the Berkeley Marina has seen a slow but steady decline in slip holders. Positioned as a division of the city parks department, its message and offering was getting lost in a maze of other city departments and web pages. The marina team hired Everwild to develop a plan to reposition the brand and drive sales traffic.
Solution
We created a simple, stand-alone brand identity and look that would showcase the marina as a separate entity. The new brand was extended with a sales-focused website and customized digital, search, email and direct mail campaigns to drive promotional offers and encourage tours.
