The MB Davis Group is a commercial insurance consulting firm with a century of combined experience, providing expert advice to businesses in various industries – real estate, energy, technology, chemicals, and more – helping them better manage their insurance programs. They don’t sell insurance. Instead, they work to craft the right coverage for a business and then keep it working properly long-term. Mitch Davis, the founder of MB Davis Group, came to us as he was moving his base of operations from New Jersey to Texas. He already had several clients in the area, but wanted to increase that number, taking advantage of the rapid business growth in the state. MB Davis Group had very few competitors but struggled to inform people why they might need an insurance consultant for their business.
Solution
Confident that he could convert leads to customers after a one-on-one meeting, we developed a plan to increase high quality leads and brand awareness. STRATEGY Clients for the MB Davis Group are companies with large insurance expenditures. With such a select audience, we needed to prioritize focused campaigns to reach high-quality leads. To lay a foundation for these campaigns, TruBrand redesigned the firm’s visual branding, developed high level messaging, and completely redesigned the website to improve user experience and modernize the business. With a solid brand foundation laid, we developed an automated marketing campaign along with a direct mail campaign to deliver exciting lead magnets to our best leads and channel them through our campaign, qualifying them along the way, before setting up consultations with the MB Davis Group.
