We allow our clients to dedicate more of their time to their firm by offering peace of mind when it comes to the analytical side of things. Services include but are not limited to Accounting, Federal, State, & Local Tax Consulting, Payroll & Certified Payroll, Advising in IRS Controversy, Workers Compensation, & GL Auditing, as well as Startup Businesses, Construction Licenses & DBE Consulting. A place potentional clients could find their services and where current clients could have a place to call their accounting docs home. A checkout cart was needed on their pricing page for customers to get started seamlessly. They needed a client and admin dashboard where they could send messages, attachments, download P&L / BS statements, and upload/download other docs. To get the profit & loss and balance sheet statements, they wanted a process to collect these from QuickBooks and store them in the user's portal. One problem that arose was their current hosted solution of QuickBooks desktop would not allow us to use the QuickBooks SDK - the alternative solution was to send emails and download the attachments for storage.
Solution
We developed a custom pricing page with a HTML tax theme template. We also built a custom CMS solution, integrated a new dashboard, and wrote a custom Gmail + QuickBooks mailer program to handle the P&L/BS statements from QuickBooks desktop.
Results
The platform has launched and boosted the client’s sales by 10%, leading to more work for Diverse Programmers, LLC. The team delivers high-quality, reliable work in a timely manner.
