Challenge
Birch River Design Group was tasked with getting people into the Heads Up Health’s funnel. The funnel needed to establish Heads Up Health’s first ever PPC campaigns successfully with intuitive landing pages, appealing graphics, and effective ad copy. However, it also required careful consideration and forethought, as we were only allowed to target desktop users when the majority of conversions now happen in mobile. Finding a desktop audience which aligned to the user persona of Heads Up Health was key.
Solution
Birch River Design Group’s solution was to develop an audience manipulation strategy that would help us locate Heads Up Health’s targeted audience without stretching resources or finances. Due to the structure of the PPC campaign and the nature in which the audience was found, we were able to exceed budget expectations and conversion value as well as better utilize budget so no dollar went to waste.
Results
Working closely with the engineering team to make sure the attribution was working as intended, we were capable of performing exceedingly. Through our full-service marketing campaign, which we built in conjunction with Heads Up Health’s leadership, we successfully attributed 20% of all people entering Heads Up Health’s funnel, pushing 110+ highly targeted people into their funnel on a monthly basis.
