Australian Accents, LLC of Long Beach, Mississippi specializes progressive muscle relaxation and stress management through guided audio. Australian Accents is your source for quality relaxation recordings covering a multitude of topics to promote happiness, health, and success. They have resources for children and teens as well as deep relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation. Sheryl Egan-Olaivar has over 20 years experience as a Registered Occupational Therapist and 18 years as a Yoga Instructor with a passion to empower others to discover their strengths to enjoy life! Australian Accents partnered with NOLA Digital Marketing and SEO to promote sales of their products as well as rebranding their social media page. Our goal, other than product sales, was to increase Australian Accent's brand awareness by promoting educational material and events. Challenge Our goal was to increase brand awareness, product sales and customer confidence in Australian Accents, LLC.
Solution
We designed social media posts, banners, and other graphics to align Australian Accent's brand image with the message that they wanted to embody. Through graphic design, product samples, AB testing, and customer feedback we were able to build a plan that promoted engagement, product sales, and brand loyalty. We achieved our goals in product sales and post interaction with a number of events focusing on positive mental health workshops that promoted product awareness.
Results
In the campaign's inaugural month of activity, we increased post interaction by 600%, surpassing our target.
