Solution
Mapped 50+ core processes across 6 departments using IDEF0 to understand data flows and dependencies. Built a centralized Azure SQL Data Warehouse integrating POS, e-commerce, ERP, and CRM systems. Cataloged 100+ datasets with Microsoft Purview, standardizing terminology and ownership. Delivered tailored Power BI dashboards for self-service analytics across teams. Developed AI/ML models: demand forecasting (LSTM), personalized recommendations, dynamic pricing (reinforcement learning), and an NLP chatbot.
