Challenge
A star with a limited voice, Snoozer came to TWG with world class products and a loyal fan base, but without a platform to sing from. Although distributors and customers loved Snoozer products, the brand lacked consistency across platforms, growth to retail clients was limited and a digital strategy to increase direct sales through the website was lacking.
Solution
TWG re-branded Snoozer from the ground up including a new logo, tagline and brand platform. A modern website was designed and developed in WordPress and Woocommerce complete with a full-scale inventory management platform to house and manage their 4,000+ skus. A comprehensive search campaign with SEO, PPC & Display was implemented to drive traffic and conversions through the website to both inbound and outbound customers. A social marketing campaign was implemented to gain followers, engage existing and extend reach to potential Snoozer customers.
Results
ECommerce revenue has more the doubled in two years. 100,000 Facebook Fans. 60% increase in overall sales. Since beginning with TWG in mid 2014, Snoozer Pet Products has experienced some amazing statistical results including a 367% increase in Web Traffic (averaging over 10,000 page views per day), 91% decrease in Bounce Rate, and an improvement of 60% in Conversion Rate. Snoozer experienced a 1,010% increase in social media reach as well. Facebook likes have grown from 2,089 to over 100,000 fans. Snoozer is reaching more of it’s audience than ever. Bottom line, Snoozer is experiencing a 145% Increase in Average Monthly online sales.
