Challenge

Care Net of Puget Sound helps those facing unplanned pregnancies, teens and young adults making choices about sexual integrity, and individuals seeking support for pregnancy loss and abortion recovery. Serving young women and families through Care Net’s eight different locations in Federal Way, Gig Harbor, Fall City, Seattle, Kenmore, Lakewood, Puyallup, and Tacoma, each different location with its own specific needs. Previously, Care Net suffered from issues with internet security and site protection. With two different websites, the company’s audiences were divided inefficiently between clients and donors. After several site redesigns performed internally, they decided it was time to consult with the experts.

Solution

What We Did Upon careful review, VSG proposed a new website structure, which would allow for a consolidated and redeveloped platform. This new website also featured a refreshed design to better fit with the mission and vision of the organization. VSG worked alongside of Care Net strategize and create a customized campaign for launching their new mobile unit through the implementation of landing pages and dynamic forms to reach and inform potential clients. Previously, a great deal of the organization’s marketing had been performed manually, which drained them of their time and expenses. VSG provided Care Net with our automated marketing solutions and brand compliant platforms to ease the strain of client and donor management. With specialized drip campaign emails, automated volunteer inquiry forms, and improved brand management, Care Net of Puget Sound is equipped to maximize their efforts with greater impact and a whole lot more time on their hands. A simple brand refresh was added to their services to update their look and create a distinctive color palette and scalable design. With our in-house print facilities, we helped Care Net with their print collateral, mailing, and donation letters. From start to finish, VSG worked closely with Care Net to gain a deep understanding of the organization’s mission, establish their needs, and bring their vision to life while taking a load off their own marketing department.
