Challenge
Richard Roberts, the founder, had an issue with the conversion rate of his magento e-Commerce B2B website. The main goal was Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and migrating from Magento to WordPress + creation of the multisite for a couple of regions with different languages and specific products + easy for use admin panel with the Elementor editor.
Solution
Before/After Old version of the website was unstructured, not fully responsive and the main problem was with the User Flow - it was hard to get to the target action. We’ve solved those problems. Problems and decisions The Main and the Inner Pages were with bad usability, which made a destructive impact on the conversion. The biggest correction was to clean the layout, make it minimalistic and product-centered. Also, we’ve added tidy animations. Product Page The structure of this page was totally refurbished - we’ve created a useful blocky structure, which gives the whole information of each product for the user in a comfortable way. Multisite CustomLogoCases is a multicountry B2B company, so the website had a need to solve this task in a well-thought way. We’ve implemented the needed functionality and filled the content for all versions. Mobile version 50% of the website’s traffic is from mobile devices, so the website redesign had big mobile-first objectives. We’ve handled it and as a result - the website became useful from all the types of the devices.
