As the premier luxury home builder in the United States, Toll Brothers boasts a legendary reputation for building successful communities in upscale markets throughout the country. But as most Americans will probably agree, New York City may as well be a different country. To make an impact in the NYC marketplace, Toll Brothers looked outside of their in-house ad agency for an agency that understood luxury branding and could do it with an authentic New York flare.

Solution

To boost sales for their landmark Northside Piers complex on the Williamsburg waterfront, Toll Brothers turned to LTG for impactful print, outdoor and collateral – with a distinct New York attitude. As the trendiest destination in the NYC real estate market, we touted Williamsburg’s neighborhood strengths in addition to checking the mandatory boxes for luxury real estate advertising (gorgeous renderings, stunning views and elegant page layouts).

Results

The building sold out, setting sales records for the neighborhood in the process. The pioneering effort by Toll Brothers has resulted in a foundation for growth of the entire waterfront community of Williamsburg.
