Challenge

Is a team of Real Estate professionals constantly in search of potential buyers of a property, that is why, they needed an effective and scalable way to reach potential customers in a given time, also position themselves as experts in the South Florida market.

Solution

We created a Facebook Leads Ads campaign, based on an image with copy that invited to be clicked by the person and then take it to a pre-filled form with their data (phone number, email and name) . Those leads go directly to the CRM, notifying the team that they had a new potential client. Immediately the agents contact the lead to begin the qualification process to be able to buy a house. OUR PROCESS Audience: Hispanics of 25 to 50 years old living in Broward County, FL and are interested in buying. Ad Creative: Images of people in situations related to the purchase of a new house.
