Secrets Resorts and Spas asked us to create a video connect with their current audience.
Solution
So we developed an out-of-the-box romance piece to pull on the heartstrings of the brand’s current audience. We created a unique, genuine video that emotionally connects with viewers. Secrets used this video in an email campaign, and without even showing their hotel, they tied this emotional event to an offer, driving bookings to the resort. This campaign serves as an example of how to use video in an email campaign.
