Challenge
Mercy Super was looking to increase member engagement – by helping members better understand their super and to take action.
Solution
Transform helped develop the strategy, content and design for a number of targeted, personalised member campaigns including: new member on-boarding lost super consolidation contributing to super changing jobs insurance benefits concessional contribution limits transition to and preparing for retirement.
Results
Over 30 per cent of current members rolled some money into their Mercy Super account 30 per cent of members who joined in the previous 12 months provided a lost super search authority. NPS survey feedback shows that members find the fund’s communications easy to understand, friendly and helpful.
