Challenge
Lifetime Dental office had never worked with google adwords strategy before, only traditional marketing and referrals from current clients, and our team was hired to help build an effective google AdWords strategy. Company requested to develop google ad campaigns and optimizing them on regular basis per requirements. Also, provide input on all content changes required on the website and landing pages in order to get better results from the campaigns.
Solution
Like many dental providers, Lifetime Dental was seeing a significant increase in lead generation using google adwords. With the aim of generating leads, we set specific AdWords campaigns strategy. Our initial research revealed that competitors spent budget for irrelevant service, and non-performing keywords. We performed in-depth ad group analysis to identify the right strategy for each services (implants, braces, root canals, and sleep dentistry) in order to make the most of their budget. Our team agreed to find a solution that would support the lower cost-per-click and cost-per-convesion on incoming leads. Our team identified gaps in competitor strategies, diversified targeted search terms and increased service groups relevance to push higher results at lower price.
Results
Since beginning work with Lifetime Dental, our google adwords strategy has seen fantastic progress in desired cost metrics: Our client offers dental implants, braces, and cosmetic dentistry in a large, competitive market. Since taking over the client’s paid search campaigns in May 2017, we’ve managed to improve their CTR from 1.25% in the 2Q, 2017 to 4.91% 1Q, 2018. In addition, our client’s conversion rate has improved from 0.38% to 8.48% in that same timespan.
