Gift Card Platform with a difference. Strong focus on brand and user experience. This is a story from the heart that includes an early pivot to empower an international launch strategy. In Autumn of 2019, we met a Founder who wanted to make a difference in the lives of his family and friends who needed encouragement and support. He was deeply moved in the way that his Sister was tackling life with a serious illness - she made herself feel better by making others feel good! The Founder thought that this was a profound act of reciprocity that should be easily available to everyone. THE PROJECT Create a gifting app that allows you to send a personal message. It is all about the personal experience - make it fun, make it easy, make it memorable and uplifting. With a focus on the CX, we thought it was equally important to create an emotive Brand Identity as well as a high-quality MVP.
