Challenge

Decks in the Park is a free music festival series that regularly draws 7-10 thousand people to Klyde Warren Park during the Summer and Fall months, along with a variety of pop up events at select venues around town.

Solution

Anderson worked with Decks in the Park through various events through July 2016 to July 2017. During the course of the 52 campaigns managed, the biggest goal was to increase overall awareness of the event, secure event sponsorships, organize crew to film event, social media strategy, and general customer outreach. Whether it was at Klyde Warren, W Hotels, or other locations, event awareness was often a struggle with limited budget. Anderson led digital ad strategy for Decks in the Park throughout the 2016 and 2017 festival series. Due to a limited budget, high performance of advertisements was a must. The team built out marketing funnels on multiple digital channels and blasted out promotional content to local festival goers. Anderson also regularly managed social media content and email marketing blasts on a semi-daily basis.

Results

Beyond digital, Anderson managed spanish copywriting for the event, created sponsorship packages, organized a video crew, and assisted in the commercial direction and editing. 721,513 impressions generated 4,200+ page likes generated 40,000+ link clicks Average CPC of $0.13
