Challenge

Consolidated Hallmark Insurance (CHI) Plc is a leading general business insurance company. We were required to build a fully responsive, e-commerce enabled website to support their digital growth strategy. Redefining Digital Insurance in Nigeria With CHI The old website wasn’t adequately representing the brand, its business model and core values. Other issues were; bad user experience, content that couldn’t convert potential customers and drive leads, a poor user interface design and bad information architecture.

Solution

We built a custom website that aligns with today’s UI/UX standards to improve the user’s navigation process. By making it easy to purchase an insurance claim, we integrated a seamless buying experience for the consumer as they purchase insurance products. Setting a new standard We developed a website that was aesthetically pleasing, functional and structured to achieve business goals. A set of eye popping iconography In showcasing the varying services of our client Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, we created custom icons to accurately explain the value offerings of the brand without stressing the website users and also educate our audience on the variety of insurance products in the country.

Results

A new way to onboard the digital customer Knowing what your customer needs is a tough route to take when marketing your products or services. For us, it was so easy with our onboarding mechanism. On the CHI website, we were able to segment the insurance needs of our customers to its minutest form and use these specific insights to channel the services of our clients to match consumer needs. This made the website very interactive and engaging, increasing website visits and retention. A personalized dashboard experience for our customers After an extensive but fun onboarding process to know our customer needs as it related to insurance, we were able to give bespoke advice and make purchase on insurance products as it relates to their life’s journey.
