Challenge

MyAfton gets to embody everything a website can cater for when it comes to their musicians. Every single tool anybody can think of is at their disposal and handy in the blink of an eye; all on one single platform for you. Booking, Tours, Flyers, Customizable Thermal Tickets, Online Ticketing, EPK Public Profile, Online Promotion, Exclusive Artist Strategies & Resources you name it! The objective for MyAfton has been to create a user-friendly platform on which musicians are free to sign in even whilst their being on their mobiles and at their leisure to boot. There are more than 300,000 current users on MyAfton. This website enables musicians to take over the reins of their careers if they wish to; the webpage offers its users a myriad features too.

Solution

Paper first. Setting up the wireframes. Initially, our hands-on approach has been developed in a way that every screen, stage and interaction get jotted down, sketched, dribbled, annotated and reviewed on the spot before these are even digitalised. Ideally, our methodology provides us with hints where our ideas can be put to the test quickly and imaginatively. A degree of refinement on the product is also added to attain perfection. Afton illustrated. Telling a story with pictures. We work in conjunction with Sofia Perez Benitez, who is an illustrator, and Afton to significantly enhance the clean-cut image of its illustration game. Consistency is a must on the site that is why we utilise a spotlessly clean and crisp UI together with organic illustrative characters. Fun, games and functionality to boot! How about coming up with something which does not feel like an endless riddle when you can actually make things a lot simpler and entertaining as well? Users get rewards and these attain growing recognition by selling tickets. The more tickets sold, the more benefits gained. Carefully and cleverly desinged. Easy to reach wherever you go. Either a big screen or a small one? Not to worry! The Afton Shows site is a sight for sore eyes and it works on every single device you can think of! Take a chance!
