Turner Bikes Relaunch
Challenge
Turner Bikes is one of the most storied brands in the mountain biking industry, founded in 1993 by David Turner. Known as a premium brand winning multiple best in class awards by MTBR, Mountain Bike Action, and others. Turner Bikes have also made their way to World Cup podiums & victories as well as the top step on World Cup Championships. THE CHALLENGE Turnerbikes.com simply wasn’t performing in todays digital age. It was on an outdated ecommerce platform and caused a poor user experience whenever anyone tried to visit the shop.
Solution
We decided to migrate Turnerbikes.com over to Shopify. Our main reasons for this was because of Shopify’s user-friendly design, stability, and extensive theme and app marketplaces that actually work. FINDING A NEW THEME After extensive competitor analysis we developed a feature list that Turner wanted in a new site. Armed with this list, we found a theme that matched their needs. This reduced costs, reduced development time, and created a more stable foundation for Turner Bikes. INVENTORY & BACKEND MANAGEMENT Shopify provides many efficiencies for businesses when set up properly and we wanted to maximize these efforts. From sending out automated review requests, seamlessly integrating between Shopify and accounting, to streamlining fulfillment processes.
Results
In just the first two weeks of the new website being launched with no heavy marketing push, we have seen immediate results. 800% increase in Revenue 56% increase in Users
