Challenge

When retail giant Five Below moved to their massive new Global Headquarters, they came to us to bring their mantra, “Let Go & Have Fun” to life.

Solution

AgileCat's first task was naming the new HQ. WowTown was the name we created. Five Below’s teams across the country created “wow” moments for the tens of thousands of people they interacted with every day. This, in fact, lead to Five Below naming all of their in-store teams across the U.S. the “Wow Crews.” Uncommon Senses Research led us to a philosophy that Five Below proudly owned: their products engage the five senses – and create the magic at the heart of “WOW" moments. This resulted in our creation of huge “sense walls” made up of their best-selling products that live magically throughout WowTown. Cheeky lines carved into the installations made for the tastiest icing.

Results

Digging the New Digs We came. We saw. We Wowed. Five Below’s culture has been truly transformed through AgileCat’s Brandterior® Design. Walking the gorgeous space, you feel the energy that pulses throughout. The office for this retail innovator has truly been re-imagined through our collaboration, and the fun’s just getting started.* *WowTown was largely credited for Five Below’s number 61 ranking on The Soaring 76 – Greater Philadelphia's 2019 fastest-growing companies.
