Mender recently underwent a rebranding process, resulting in a disconnect between the brand and its online assets. The outdated website no longer aligned with its updated brand image and was no longer relevant to its evolving identity.
Solution
To align their fresh brand image with the website, the Visions team delved deep into comprehending Mender's mission and core values. Through this process, it became evident that their primary mission is centred around saving the planet and offering sustainable solutions for businesses to manage their IT assets. Employing various animation techniques and strategically placed touch points, we designed an informative and sleek overall experience for visitors as they navigate through the website. Prototyping played a pivotal role in this project. Our team developed a custom animation that dynamically unfolds upon scrolling, highlighting intricate details of the laptop design. By utilising prototyping, we ensured that the Mender team was satisfied with the overall look and feel before committing valuable time and resources to the final product. This approach allowed for a more iterative and informed design process.
