Challenge

When Lincoln Property Co. evolved from managing other's properties to building their first ground-up apartment building, they turned to UpShift for a brand and advertising campaign that would maximize ROI on their investment. Afterall, they were investing their own dollars to build this new luxury apartment building in Chicago's Gold Coast—so they carefully selected partners with the experience and creativity that this upscale development deserved.

Solution

We created the name "Aurelien", which is French for Gold, to tie into the Gold Coast neighborhood yet present a fresh, sophisticated flair. UpShift then created an upscale brand with bespoke marketing collateral that included custom website, brochure, promotional items, building signage, wayfinding, and social media marketing.

Results

Lincoln mentioned that they rarely see a VIP signup list so large before the building is even open! Our clever ad campaign and upscale brand attracted a discerning clientele in Chicago. Lease-up rates were very strong—and Lincoln was able to recoup their investment at a rapid pace.
