Freshminds is a leading UK based talent resourcing and consulting firm founded in 2000. They bridge the gap between business needs and required skills to power progression and growth. Trusted by globally-recognised companies in a variety of sectors, their flexible approach and network of high-calibre individuals continues to create real impact and help organizations meet the niche staffing requirements. The challenge here was to improve the UX and UI for the website module. The client was suffering from high bounce rate when we took up the project and also the interface in the mobile and the desktop version of the website were distinctive often creating different kinds of user experience. UK being one of the most competitive markets for job consultancy we had to work on the UX and UI to offer seamless experience to the users across all platforms and also help the side ride ahead of its competitors and gain more visibility on the search engines.
Solution
We carried out detailed analysis of their business model, competition and user experience to prepare a roadmap for the project. We constantly communicated with our client throughout the course of the project to ensure the final project met its right outcome. Results
We achieved great outcome with the project with the bounce rate dropping more than half few weeks after we had worked on the design and user experience. The site’s visibility also improved significantly which led to continued surge in traffic and user sign up. The biggest achievement in this project was the significant increase in conversion rate with respect to signups on the site as well as the mobile application.
