Massey University: Workload Allocation Tool
Challenge
Massey University engaged Nodero to build a solution to help Colleges implement their staff workload models. An intuitive interface is required to manage a massive amount of data and configure sophisticated models to calculate staff workload allocation. Data is presented to staff through dashboard visuals, reporting and data exports.
Solution
MODERN STACK NodeJS + React + SQL Server. With an API architecture and responsive design, the solution can be securely accessed via web browser on desktops, tablets and mobile. ENTEPRISE INTEGRATION Integrated with Active Directory and Shibboleth SSO so authorisation and access is managed as per enterprise guidelines. TOTAL SOLUTION Nodero was involved in this project from concept to creation utilising Data Analysis, User Experience Design, Software Development and Architecture, Project Management, and Technical Documentation.
Results
The Workload Allocation Tool successfully enables Massey University to ensure staff are allocating their time to the right activities. Future phases will see more powerful modelling tools and greater data integration with other systems in the Massey ecosystem. Nodero collaborate with enterprise IT departments to transform businesses in a sustainable and manageable way.
