Orange County Transportation Authority CAMM NET The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) desired an easy-to-use website for the Contracts Administration and Materials Management (CAMM) NET, the web-enabled procurement system responsible for the purchases and sales of goods and services at OCTA with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
