Challenge

When it comes to digital, how do you separate yourself from the pack? How do you stand out in a crowded category and set the standard for engagement excellence across your digital channels? This was the challenge posed to Trepoint by our partners at SABMiller.

Solution

The Miller team had already established a solid digital foundation, but wanted to accelerate their journey, overtake the competition and ultimately redefine what was possible within key Latin American markets. As we base every project in customer insights, we started by establishing a detailed view into the online and offline behaviors of the target audience. Based on this more intimate understanding of the customer’s behaviors, preferences and habits, we worked with the client and their regional marketing leaders to establish a unified digital strategy designed to engage consumers on their terms, not ours. Today, the client team has utilized this strategy to reimagine their agency model, built an enhanced social listening competency and developed a digital model that engages consumers organically across six markets and multiple products.
