Unique Boutique Retail Culture
Challenge
The Gramercy is a luxury work, live and play residential and retail development located just moments off the I-215 beltway in the burgeoning Southwest Las Vegas valley. The community’s unique retail center provides a lush courtyard-style outdoor setting with mature landscape and thoughtful common spaces designed to promote social engagement. The Gramercy boasts over 200,00 square feet of Class A mixed use office space for lease. Its eclectic mix of on site retail provides renowned dining, health and wellness services to professionals who work there as well as the Gramercy’s adjacent residential loft residences. CAMPAIGN PROJECT GOALS To develop an energetic promotional campaign highlighting the Gramercy’s unique boutique retail culture. Our approach included shooting each individual proprietor on a white screen backdrop with limited props. This allowed us to capture each owner’s personality in a big way – while building a visual library of authentic pics that would gel seamlessly into a variety of digital and traditional layouts.
Solution
PRINT ADS COLLATERAL An accordion fold promotional piece was designed for display promotion at the residential sales and leasing center. The simple printing production allows us to easily add new panels or swap out artwork as needed to promote new retail venues ongoing. INDUSTRIAL FURNISHINGS (6) 24 x 36 canvas gallery wraps were designed for prominent display in each of the two the Class A office space ground floor lobby/reception areas. Designs meant to provide a simple, understated visual representation of the unique living attributes enjoyed by tenants of the Gramercy’s residential rental home offerings.
