Yummy Restaurant with a Vibrant Brand
Challenge
Papaya is a plant-based restaurant marketplace. They already had a bold and fresh brand along with a cool product. Our mission was to maximize the strong sides of Papaya through brand strategy and visual assets.
Solution
We decided to position Papaya as a brand that is simple, accessible for everyone but also special. Right from the start of the brand identity creation process, the 3 concepts had many similarities that led to one consistent visual in the end. Orange became the primary brand color and is prominent within the branding of Papaya.
Results
The merge of 2 concepts (City & Retro Funk) helped boost the boldness of the brand but also brought the modern city vibe. We continued digging into the cheerful and bright vibe of the brand and brought big shapes, real human faces, and string typography as a final touch to the project.
