Challenge

Pools is a dapp startup that provides a unique liquidity pool weighting proposition. Their main desire was to get a simple branding that communicates Pools' product. In addition, they wanted to start a new wave of users to DeFi. At the same time, we focused on producing not only a simple but creative brand.

Solution

Our team took the Pools brand name and the nature of the product as the base for future branding. We constructed a creative communication that positions Pools as a brand not only for crypto geeks but for everyone interested. Pools simplifies DeFi to engage the global crypto community, the company is your friend who explains crypto in a simplified way. Our brand concept was portraying Pools as the entire DeFi ocean in one pool - the softest entrance into risk. So for the visuals to spice things up, we went for pixel cartoonish vibes. 2D pool elements, cute ducks as mascots, and a delightful pastel color palette were used to make Pools more accessible and stand out among its competitors.

Results

As a result, we produced a brand that doesn't only offer a fantastic product but also looks stunning.
