Challenge

CLASP is an international nonprofit organization focused on improving the energy efficiency of the appliances we all use everyday to help us realize a greener future. We've worked with CLASP for years to help support all aspects of their digital communications. We were initially approached by CLASP to help them transform their flagship website, which had become outdated over the years and no longer reflected their core values and services.

Solution

We worked with CLASP to create a comprehensive digital communications strategy that focused on their core set of 7 audiences–from policymakers to appliance manufacturers to donors. We then designed and developed a website that centered around user flows optimized for each audience, and a visual throughline that communicates CLASPs position as a conduit for collaboration between very different groups working toward the same goal of a greener world.

Results

Following an in-depth process of discovery and collaboration, we developed an expansive set of user experiences and created an exciting visual narrative that ties them all together. The new website features robust technical tools, stories of human impact, and clear messaging around CLASP's mission.
