Fremantle Markets First opened in 1897, Fremantle Markets is an iconic landmark for both locals and tourists alike with over a hundred years of rich heritage and vibrant culture. Fremantle Markets have more than 150 stalls that feature fresh local produce, authentic indigenous and independent products of local artisans. It’s also the home to many successful live performers and legendary buskers.
Solution
Provide a website with access available to the market’s buskers in which they could book and manage their busking slots. Assist in boosting visitors the website and make inquiries easier to manage. Revamp the look and feel of their website to make it inviting enough for visitors to come experience the markets for themselves, yet also had to be elegant and stylish in design. Results
Spring Web provided Fremantle Markets with a Content Management System (CMS) built in Drupal. The stall holders and buskers could now also manage their own offers and provide updates to include on the website. We diversified the contact forms so they could handle inquiries faster, and put together email templates and a mailing list subscribe button to help boost their marketing efforts. We also added social media functionalities, a blog and a gallery to improve user engagement on the website.
