How did it all start? All great relationships start somewhere, and guess where Coopers Design and Freshwater Cleaning Services relationship started? … We met Freshwater Cleaning Services on AirTasker when we were looking to book a once off Cleaning Service. Talking with Vincent during this time, both discussing what we did for work, it came up that I was managing Coopers Design, which offered Websites, and Digital Marketing. It turned out that Vincent was looking for a new Website, as his current site was built by his Brother and wasn’t really doing anything for his business… Welcome to FCS 2.0 It then followed that Vincent asked for a Quote to have his new Website built. We engaged him to learn about his business and the overall direction that he wanted to take moving forward. This was an exciting time for the both of us, to see how we could transform his current approach to reaching his customers. At this stage the goal was simply a new website and the discussion of Digital Marketing had not surfaced.
Solution
The Digital Marketing Transformation Following the creation of Vincent’s new site, he asked us if we knew about Google Ads, as he had heard about it through other friends and business owners. And so the best venture that could be made was underway. Utilising his new website to its full capability through Digital Marketing gave Vincent the absolute edge over his competitors.
Results
To this day Vincent has experienced a consistent increase in Online Bookings and a dramatic increase in his websites ROI. Doubling the Adspend budget was Vincent’s latest step and several expansion opportunities leaves us excited for the future of his business.
