Murad is the first beauty brand of clinical skincare products, setting a new standard for high-performance skincare. Established more than 30 years ago by Dr. Murad, the company still follows a simple manifesto: “skincare is healthcare.” The existing BigCommerce-based website had significant issues with speed and usability. The client’s main request was to improve the website performance to provide consumers with a better experience. The website features a lot of dynamic content generated by third-party scripts that impact website speed and performance.
Solution
Our team carried out a website audit aimed to identify the main issues that were potentially harmful to the website performance. As a result, we compiled a list of tasks and approved them with the client. Besides BigCommerce performance optimization, we looked into the third-party scripts to improve them as well.
