Dirt Killer Pressure Washers Inc is a commercial equipment manufacture, importer and distributor. Dirt Killer operates 3 websites, has a retail location and a national network of dealers. In Q3 of 2019, Michael Zittel, the owner of Serr.biz, assumed the role of the marketing department. The initial tasks was to migrate 3 websites to Odoo 12 from a mix of 3rd party platforms and an antiquated proprietary solution; clarify brand identity, value, positioning and awareness online and off; Increase retail, wholesale and ecommerce sales; Own organic search results for brand related searches and expand non-brand exposure; Establish, execute and manage content marketing strategy including but not limited to articles, video, photography and social media. Odoo is a robust, full scale Python based ERP which consolidates all business operations into one platform: Multiple website, ecommerce, retail POS, warehouse, inventory, accounting, CRM, newsletter, time management, HR, Project management, etc.
Solution
Review previous website(s) architecture and content, brand positioning (or lack there of); Create, execute and manage brand strategy; Set up new Odoo architecture; Port over content and product data / images; Optimize content within the confines of Odoo for SEO / UX ; Product photography, video production, copywriting, newsletters; Integrate Google Analytics and Google Search Console - GMB; Develop multiple social media profiles (populate, manage, grow engaged followers in FB, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn); Affiliate marketing and influencer marketing; Amazon brand and store management; Print and PDF catalog development; Real world and digital events; Establish and manage niche directory for PRO customers and dealers; PM Odoo upgrades and customization; Weekly sales and marketing reports, etc. Project is on going and expanding perpetually.
