How we Integrated NFTs into a TV Show

Challenge

The main goal was to create an exclusive community for "The Outsiders" TV show and introduce its audience to the web3 space. This required developing a complete strategy for an NFT collection, including technical advice, creative direction, and producing materials to help new users get started.

Solution

An NFT activation was created that offered exclusive value and community membership. In partnership with NEAR Protocol, users could mint a free, randomly generated NFT through a non-custodial wallet. Each NFT granted access to the world of the show. We designed membership-based NFTs that matched the show's style and produced educational content to explain web3 to the audience. Panels and talks were hosted on social media to further engage the community.

Results

The campaign became one of the largest NFT initiatives in the CEE region. It achieved over 1,130 NFTs minted by more than 953 unique owners. Each episode of the TV show averaged 500,000 views, and the project's website reached 341,000 users. The activation successfully deepened fan engagement and set a new benchmark for digital innovation in the region.
