Challenge
Rushorder Tees faced significant operational challenges with their existing system. Their platform struggled to manage a high volume of orders effectively, leading to inefficiencies in order processing. The lack of a robust and scalable webshop further hindered performance. In addition, the absence of an intuitive customization feature impacted user experience, making it difficult for customers to personalize their orders. These limitations not only slowed down internal operations but also posed a risk to customer satisfaction and retention.
Solution
To address these challenges, we executed a full-scale transformation of Rushorder Tees’ digital platform by migrating from Gatsby to Next.js and integrating Prismic as the content management system. The switch to Next.js provided the technical advantage of server-side rendering and improved scalability, enabling the platform to better accommodate high traffic volumes and deliver faster performance. Alongside this, we implemented Prismic CMS, which empowered the team to manage content dynamically and keep the site’s product information accurate and up to date. Additionally, we introduced an intuitive customization feature that allowed customers to personalize their orders with minimal friction, thereby improving the overall user journey. This unified solution created a strong foundation for operational stability, performance optimization, and customer-centric design.
Results
The revamped platform delivered substantial improvements across both backend operations and the customer experience. The migration to Next.js led to significantly faster load times and better scalability, ensuring the site could handle peak traffic without compromising performance. With Prismic in place, the content management process became more agile, allowing for quicker updates and better alignment with marketing efforts. Most importantly, the new customization interface enhanced user interaction and contributed to higher engagement and conversion rates. Order processing became more efficient, enabling the team to manage increased order volumes seamlessly. Overall, the solution helped Rushorder Tees strengthen its digital presence, streamline internal workflows, and deliver a smoother, more satisfying experience for its customers.
