Challenge

The Client Client: SoilWorx Service: Marketing, Media and Communications Website: www.soilworx.com.au Since the beginning, SoilWorx has always been the choice destination for everything garden. Ranging from trade and commercial to DIY, SoilWorx customers look to them for outdoor space inspiration as well as end-to-end solutions. SoilWorx has revolutionised the garden and landscaping supplies industry and our job was to make sure their online presence reflected just that.

Solution

The Foundations The restructuring, creating and developing of SoilWorx’s website was not a job for the faint-hearted. The MASSIVE eCommerce website needed a clever UI, UX, copy and sharp photography that injected personality into the garden and landscaping brand. The two main components of the SoilWorx brand, Retail and Trade, needed to be streamlined and communicated clearly through the website. Additionally, the new website needed to increase online sales and lead acquisition whilst tastefully showcasing their products and services in a way that is clear and concise, providing an easy shopping experience for all customers. The Advertising Once the website was completed we began to reposition SoilWorx as an industry leader. Our Social Media accounts were in desperate need of an overhaul. We positioned SoilWorx as the Outdoor Retail King to show consumers the glamorous end products of garden and landscaping, SoilWorx’s Instagram and Facebook has a fresh new look that is as engaging as it is informative. An advanced and aggressive PPC and SEO strategy was implemented to drive traffic to the new website and generate sales and enquires from consumers state-wide.

1. Immediate 3X increase in online sales 2. 60,000 website traffic per month and growing 3. Increase of 160% of completed website goals 4. Paid Social Reach – 165,000 + per month
