Signify's National Loyalty Sweepstakes
Challenge
Signify came to RAVEN5 with a goal of a national loyalty sweepstakes event that not only catered to their bilingual audience, but that successfully promoted and offered benefits to Contractors and Distributors of Signify's products.
Solution
As is the case with all clients of RAVEN5, this is an agency that sees campaigns through to the end. With reporting, support, and in this case also being on top of sourcing and fulfilling prizes, Raven5 ensured that this campaign would be supported from beginning to end. As a campaign like this is designed to reward and offer benefits to loyal clients and contractors, the major goal of design is ease-of-use. Thus, they began with a design that could not only be easily accessed and understood, but that could also be easily altered for their french translation. The audience was at the forefront of their mind, so this sweepstakes was designed specifically for them. It was important that everyone could access and understand as easily as everyone else. As well, they proposed the idea that ballots could be received in multiple ways, such as completing the entry form, sharing the sweepstakes, or uploading copies of invoices for Signify product orders. Raven5 did not stop with reaching out to winners when it was time to announce them, but also oversaw sourcing prizes and fulfillment.
Results
The results showcase how RAVEN5’s comprehensive and thorough support can lead to success. With over 1000 registrations for the sweepstakes and over 5700 ballots total, Signify’s loyalty sweepstakes were very well received!
