The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton partnered with Rank Media Agency with a single goal in mind; to increase brand awareness. Targeting an affluent niche market, our experts developed campaigns across different marketing channels to generate viable leads. Our multi-faceted strategy involved tapping into influencer marketing, paid advertisements, and social media marketing in order to generate a steady amount of online buzz in luxury communities.
Solution
Over the course of several months, we leveraged the power of search and display advertising to generate new pathways for inbound traffic. By targeting multiple geographic areas, we were able to capture specific users and generate interest for the properties available. Additionally, we incorporated social media marketing to increase awareness both locally and internationally, using Facebook as the main platform for our marketing efforts.
