Koomi
Challenge
Koomi, a point-of-sale (POS) system committed to equipping restaurants, cafes and take-out counters with a program for quick service and increased revenue, were boosting their client's bottom line but had a problem getting their name out there. With previous attempts running PPC and other varying strategies, they had difficulties driving traffic to sign up for their product or to book a demo. Koomi came to Rank to assess their previous approaches and to set their PPC campaigns up for success.
Solution
Rank developed and optimized a PPC strategy on GoogleAds that enabled Koomi to gain high-quality leads within the service industry who were looking for a reliable POS System. By determining how to accurately track the right type of customers under the quick service umbrella, such as coffee shops or take-out counters, we were able to promote Koomi services to establishments that were not initially targeted. Our team then built campaigns surrounding Koomi's main products, Koomi + App, Koomi Kitchen and Koomi Portable Rover. We were able to micro-target specific types of quick-service establishments and pair them with the appropriate Koomi services. Rank also worked with Koomi to help improve onsite conversion, utilizing software such as Hotjar to analyze user behaviour to help make suggestions for site improvements, optimization and on-site customer experience.
Results
Within the first three months, Koomi saw the results. The Koomi team was also able to apply these customer insights discovered through our GoogleAd campaigns to help identify new industries they could target in the future. Increased monthly leads from 13 to 82 Reduced CPL from $190 to $39 Improved click-through rate from 0.33% to 9.55%
