Challenge
Egozi Plastic Surgery approached Rank Media Agency to help build brand awareness in the areas the center operates. The plastic surgery center had long struggled to be found online and was looking for a comprehensive digital marketing plan to put them ahead of the competition. Rank’s dependable team of experts was enlisted to ultimately increase the number of consultations and booked procedures using a range of avenues - most notably, PPC, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and social media.
Solution
To ensure a steady stream of organic traffic, we began by verifying and fixing any pressing technical SEO issues - ensuring the foundations were in place before we started building. From there, keyword research, page optimizations, and fresh, fully optimized new content was built. To pair with organic traffic efforts, targeted PPC campaigns were created to capture high-intent audiences. These campaigns were bolstered by tailored landing pages for each high-traffic procedure and completed with expertly crafted CTAs encouraging visitors to schedule a consultation.
Results
All components of our digital marketing efforts resulted in positive returns for the plastic surgery center. Inquiries, consultations, and booked procedures spiralled up thanks to the implementation of effective social media, SEO, and PPC campaigns. Over the course of just two months: PPC campaigns acquired over 300 new leads at a cost of $78, significantly below the client’s target of $150. Organic traffic to the website also saw a rise compared to the previous year, increasing by 12.38% and, significantly for the plastic surgery center, non-branded traffic clicks were up by a tremendous 101.31%. Improved social media activity that used procedure - specific ad copy and landing pages resulted in a 62.50% decrease in cost per lead.
