The Danone company spent more than a year perfecting Two Good, a brand new Greek yogurt from the company’s Light & Fit line. Danone is so convinced that its new product will give it an edge with increasingly sugar-conscious consumers, that it’s patenting the process needed to make Two Good. Objective To create a visual identity and packaging architecture to communicate this revolutionary innovation to millennial consumers; and to break through a crowded yogurt category.
Solution
Branding & Packaging In order to communicate Danone’s innovation in a relatable and delicious way to consumers, we started by telling the story of Two Good’s innovation in a brand language to speak directly to target millennial consumers, using colorful iconography and authentic story telling. The brand story and positive health continues across the clean and minimal packaging. Every cup of Two Good surprises and delights consumers with a “good” message on the underside of the lid. Illustration, Iconography & Typeface The lively and fun custom watercolor illustrations, Two Good typography system, and stand-out ‘2G’ icon were created to grab attention immediately, especially on a busy refrigerator shelf.
