The goal for this campaign was to set up a strong social media presence that informed consumers about Futurebiotics' many products and the benefits of each, provide value to their audience by posting interesting content, and driving users to their website to purchase products.

After a deep analysis of the brand to fully understand its voice and values, PBJ Marketing conceptualized multiple content campaigns that aligned with Futurebiotics’ goals. A strong emphasis was put on creating content that not only gave background on Futurebiotics products, but also helped increase brand credibility. These included posts that featured specific products and explained all the benefits, testimonials from current customers, and valuable health facts. In order to introduce the brand to new customers, a multitude of brand awareness campaigns were launched and a boosted post strategy towards the target audience. This helped find a new group of engaged users interested in the product offerings.

Results

A very engaged audience was able to grow, and who visited their social pages to learn more about the brand and ask questions about different products.
