NASA Federal Credit Union
Increase Brand Awareness

Challenge

NASA Federal Credit Union is a credit union founded on September 29, 1949 and is headquartered in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. It holds nearly $3 billion in assets, and is insured by the National Credit Union Administration. The credit union has about 177,000 members, nationwide. NASA Federal Credit Union came to Overdrive to help them increase applications across several products including Mortgages (Purchase and Refi), Credit Cards, and Certificates (CDs).

Solution

The goal was to generate as many application “form fills” as possible at the lowest possible cost. With this in mind, Overdrive created a campaign that utilized retargeting and display ads. These allowed them to target the campaign to the preferred customer including geography and household income. Overdrive also created custom dashboards to ensure accurate tracking and segmentation of data in order to facilitate maximum insight into the integrated campaign.

Results

Thanks to the campaign with Overdrive, NASA Federal Credit Union was able to see an increase of 145% in total conversions, and a decrease of 78% in their cost per lead!
