Housing Works : Non Profit Direct Mail Campaign for Housing Works of New York City
Challenge
Housing Works is a healing community of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS on a mission to end the dual crises of homelessness and AIDS through relentless advocacy, the provision of lifesaving services, and entrepreneurial businesses that sustain their efforts. OlleyMay was called upon to help them with their marketing needs, specifically their direct mail printing and mailing needs.
Solution
Our first campaign was their fall appeal mailing that contained a personalized letter with a perforated donation stub, a reply envelope and a buck slip; all going into an outer window envelope. Services Provided: Data services including list cleansing, suppression and de-duplication. This helps reduce wasted money on printing and postage. National Change of Address and address standardization. This also helps reduce wasted money on printing and postage while helping keep the main database as clean as possible. Postal logistics to maximize postal discounts. Printing and mailing.
