Challenge

Making Amazon + Fashion Make Sense Amazon came to us with a real double-whammy.. They needed to launch their fashion offering to a world that thought of Amazon as a place to get anything but fashion. Whilst at the same time signalling to fashion brands that Amazon was a great place for them to start selling their lines.

Solution

Through a series of workshops with the business leads throughout Europe we developed a positioning that would both clarify how Amazon Fashion makes sense as an offering from Amazon, and help them stand out from other fashion retailers whilst still reflecting Amazon’s core values.

Results

We left them with a brand strategy and brand book which helped their internal teams understand Amazon’s positioning and behaviours within the fashion world and it guided them through their European launch.
