Challenge

McKinsey’s Operations Practice delivers consultancy services to many of the world’s largest businesses. To demonstrate belief in their own systems and processes they are creating a best-in-class operations hub in Venice, Italy - a place to prove how digital transformation could help other businesses operate. McKinsey wanted to tell the story of this development from breaking ground to completion.

Solution

Working in partnership with the client communications team and practice leads, we have begun a three part campaign following the development of the Capability Center, involving multiple hero films and social executions. Whilst the centre is still being built, the first tranche of work shows the site coming from drawing board to reality.
