Challenge
I already had a website, but I wanted to implement a new feature, where customers could take a short quiz to give them an idea of their skin type, which would allow them to shop for the products best for their skin. I contacted WebDesk because I’d had a terrible experience with the vendor I worked with originally.
Solution
Once the technocrats had an insight into the current store and the vision that the brand is looking for, the team started to work on collecting details and eventually build a solution. The result came in the form of a customized tool, that allowed users to answer few simple questions related to their skin and by the end, they’ll get personalized product suggestions based on their skin types. Results
The customized tool did work wonders for the client. While it has been over two years and the client is noticing a constant hike in their average order value and client retention rate. Having the web desk technocrats by their side since then, managing and handling the tool for the client since its launch, the brand is undoubtedly creating new benchmarks with every passing day.
